This morning I woke up from a dream singing The Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen. I don't remember the dream anymore but I have been singing the song the whole day and night long.... It's a good song. Such memories...

I had strange dreams all night long last night. But the only one I remember is the one I had right before I woke up. I was going to house someone at my house from LJ. They were a friend of an LJ friend. And they in turn were going to be housing my LJ friend but they lost their house so now I was going to be housing both of them but only for 24 hours. There was a hard deadline on the amount of time I could do this. SO, I don't know the name of the LJ friend of a friend came over and she was unpacking and I had a little toy store in front of my house where I sold things from. Weird. Anyway, then she said that my friend Zanna was coming and her kids would be with her (which technically makes sense but in the dream I wasn't expecting the kids at all). I was like, "AH! I don't have space!" So I found the bunkbeds that my kids were sleeping in and just decided that her kids could sleep with them. Then before Zanna got there, I was going to go to church and our church had some military guy as a motivational speaker. But he was a total asshole and just liked to yell at people. So when he started yelling at me I started yelling back at him, told him I didn't appreciate being yelled at and he was going to have to try another tactic with our congregation. All the old people from my church were appalled that I would say anything to him. It was weird, then as I was getting even more worked up yelling at this guy, Zanna walked in and I had to excuse myself. What?!
Anyway, then I woke up...
I had a dream that I was back in high school again and it was the 2nd day of school and I didn't do my homework for history. But it wasn't a very good assignment anyway, it was some reading and answer some questions but then we also had to make some chart that was the alphabet but with pictures and numbers corresponding to the number letter it was. I drew one apple for A and 2 cups of black coffee for B and 3 carrots for C. It was weird. Then I got stuck on D and didn't complete the assignment. The kids were with me and when I told Ms. Garza (my high school history teacher for real) that I didn't have a chance to do my work, she looked at the kids and said, "Oh I can imagine, you can turn it tomorrow." WHAT THE HECK!?!?!?! First of all, she would have NEVER have said that and second of all, why was I back in high school, that is just a horrible place to send me!
Last night I had a dream that we took the kids to the swimming pool. I could actually smell the chlorine in the pool. It was so pungent I actually felt like we shouldn't have been swimming in it. No smell has ever been so overwhelming before in my dreams.
